ARNEE J. EISENBERG,

Arnee J. Eisenberg has over 30 years
of experience in creating estate and business succession plans
designed to minimize estate and gift taxes and to manage and
protect the flow of assets to beneficiaries. Clients have
included executives, public personalities and professional
sports figures. Arnee also advises fiduciaries regarding the
proper and efficient administration of estates and trusts.
He takes pride in the personal approach given when counseling
business owners with respect to the creation, documentation,
management and/or sale of business entities, whether they
be sole proprietorships, corporations or limited liability
companies. Mr. Eisenberg frequently counsels family members
as to the unique issues that arise in family businesses, including
the development of plans to pass ownership and control of
family businesses to the next generation owners through the
use of shareholder agreements, reorganizations, and numerous
other arrangements tailored to the client's needs and objectives.
Arnee Eisenberg has received an AV rating under the Martindale
Hubbell lawyer rating system. An AV rating means that his
attorney peers have recognized Arnee with their highest rating
for legal ability and ethical standards. Arnee was profiled,
in 2005 and 2006, in Chicago Magazine and recognized among
the top 5% of lawyers in the State of Illinois. He is a former
Editor-in Chief of the Recent Decisions section of the Illinois
Bar Journal and has lectured on estate planning and business
matters.
Arnee Eisenberg was a partner in the Chicago office of Marks,
Marks and Kaplan, Ltd. prior to becoming Of Counsel with the
firm of Gordon & Rappold LLC.
