PETER J. MILLER

Peter J. Miller has spent over 35 years representing entrepreneurial individuals in all aspects of both their business and personal lives, including mergers and acquisitions as well as the formation, financing and operation of start up ventures and their ultimate sale, estate and succession planning and asset protection. Peter’s representation has touched on such diverse industries as die casting, machining, oil field supplies, consumer products, software development, medical practices and residential and industrial real estate developers and contractors.

Peter Miller has litigated in the State, Federal and Bankruptcy Courts on both the trial and appellate levels in the areas of contracts, employment issues, mechanics liens, trade secrets, zoning matters, business dissolutions, environmental matters, replevins, lease disputes and other business related issues. He also represents several regional banks in the negotiation and documentation of asset based and real estate loans.

Peter has received an AV rating under the Martindale Hubbell lawyer rating system. An AV rating means that his attorney peers have recognized Peter with their highest rating for legal ability and ethical standards.
