Richard R. Gordon concentrates his practice in civil litigation, including insurance litigation, business litigation, products liability litigation and appellate litigation. He has successfully represented businesses and individuals in all types of commercial litigation matters. Richard also has extensive experience representing insurance companies in declaratory judgment actions under commercial general, homeowners, directors and officers, professional, excess and umbrella liability insurance policies..

Richard Gordon’s success as an attorney has been recognized by his peers who selected him as a “Rising Star” in the legal profession in both 2008 and 2009 in the Super Lawyers poll of attorneys published by Chicago Magazine.
